We joined Private Escapes Platinum in 2004, after spending 2 years in a competing destination club, and then in September 2006 we upgraded to Private Escapes’ newest offering, Pinnacle. We are thrilled with the club. They have been exceptional in the level of service that they provide and the amount of information shared with members. We have watched as they have reliably purchased wonderful homes in desirable locations in accordance with their growth - just as promised. My husband and I have two children, ages 5 and 7, and almost always travel as a family, (although we have engineered in a couples get away) and we frequently invite extended family to join us - with so much room in the homes it’s a crime not to share it! We have vacationed at Private Escapes homes in Cabo San Lucas, MX; Punta Mita, MX; Abaco, Bahamas; Turks and Caicos; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; La Quinta, CA; OuterBanks, NC; Miami; Chicago; and New York City. Our next trip will be to spend New Year’s Eve at the large penthouse on Broadway overlooking Time Square and the fantastic ball drop - we can’t wait! We will take a quick winter break in Turks & Caicos, spend Spring Break in Cabo San Lucas, and are already dreaming about going to Tuscany in June. Also planned is our family favorite - spending July 4th in the Outer Banks and meeting up with other Private Escapes members vacationing there. We love the flexibility that Private Escapes offers to its members-- we can travel anywhere from 1 -14 nights at a time, choose our travel days, and even choose the exact property (not just the location). I have been continuously impressed with the availability of residences-- we have been able to take every trip we have wanted to over the past 2 years -- their strict member to property ratio really works! I would strongly encourage anyone doing due dilligence-- and you must be if you are visiting the Helium Report -- to examine their three distinct club offerings (all with different price points), as well as their Preview offering for people who want to try a destination club and see if it’s for them.
