Like many others, we were members of T&H Distinctive Retreats and suffered through the Chapter XI process. We are pleased with what we have seen so far with the business plan and services provided by the new owner Ultimate Resort. If the plan is executed as promised, this will be a win/win for both us and UR. Our Member Service Advisor has provided the same excellent service we enjoyed with her as T&H and has worked very well with us to accommodate our changing reservation schedule.

We are also pleased that the Scottsdale house in Desert Highlands will continue as a UR property. We recently returned from an excellent stay there and, again, were pleased to see that the local concierge was the same and provided excellent service. The beautiful house has a complete outdoor covered living area (grill, icemaker, TV, fireplace, and seating) to complement the indoor facilities. The sunset deck on top of the separate cabana (perfect for the mother-in-law!) provides a spectaular view. We look forward to the planned technology upgrades planned by UR to replace the extensive, but complex entertainment system in the house. Upcoming retreats are planned for Paris and New York and we look forward to learning of the property acquisition plans for all the UR locations.
