Our concierage at Vail is a delight. She always has our food and drink stored and chilled when we arrive. Her best trick is greating us at the airport with lift tickets for the boys and me so we can go directly to the mountain for an afternoon ski while our brid goes to unpack in the sensationally appointed property.
