Our family was one that struggled through the Chaper XI with Tanner and Haley’s Private Retreats. We continued to travel through out the transition period as Ultimate Resort slowly took over. We have been very pleased with the “First Class” service we have received on each trip. We were fortunate to travel with friends to Maui earlier this year and I must say the stay a Wailea Beach Villas was one of the most spectacular views we have ever enjoyed in Hawaii. Our family trips to LaQuinta, CA were also most enjoyable with a pool and comfortable home that allowed everyone in the family to have a great time. We noticed that the condition of the home seemed better cared for than prior to the takeover from Private Retreats. I am excited that we have the opportunity to continue with a vacation club of this caliber.
