As a charter member of Ultimate Resort (UR) for the past 18 months, I must say that it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The management team, hospitality and concierge staff are all outstanding. I honestly feel that they know me as a person and genuinely care about my experiences with the club. This means a lot. As a physician-scientist, I applied my research skills in deciding to join UR, and have followed the industry closely since (which is now easy and fun with Helium Report). UR offers its members the best value in the industry. UR properties are spectacular, spacious, and well maintained. Their attention to detail is impressive, with top-of-the-line electronics, computers, DVDs, to premium wine glasses. The Club has an excellent relationship with its local concierges- which I found out is not the case with all clubs - and this shows in how they treat members throughout each stay, starting with a nice welcome basket. Despite the recent events in the industry, I never felt any concern due to the confidence that the UR team instills in its members. I am very excited about all the positive changes that Jim and the team are bringing to the Club, and look forward to seeing UR develop into the best in the industry. I recommend UR wholeheartedly!
