I have visited the site on a number of occassions. It is the most compelling pre-construction investment opportunity in the Turks and Caicos Islands. An experienced developer and the best General Contractor on the island combine to make this a sound investment. When you add in a very seasoned 5-star resort management team that will operate the resort when its done in October 2008, you have all the ingredients for a complete success. I really like this one.
