The proposed 67 story elliptical glass tower, designed by the renowned DeStefano and Partners architectural firm, commanding expansive views of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan, will house 256 condominium units in addition to a hotel, restaurant, and, of course, one of Canyon Ranch’s world-famous spa and fitness centers. The pampered residents will have access to onsite physicians, therapists, and nutritionists. No word yet if junk food will be confiscated at the front desk.
