Four Seasons living starts on the 6th floor and rises twenty-six stories to the tower’s spectacular rooftop terrace. Nothing measures up to the spectacular panorama of your own private rooftop terrace 32 stories above the city and scenic lakefront; possibly the loftiest rooftop pool in Texas. Rooftop amenities include a spacious private fitness center overlooking Town Lake, residents’ library and private dining room with catering kitchen, yoga deck, and resplendent sky lobby hosting a permanent collection of artworks by acclaimed local and national artists.
There are approximately 166 private residences from 880 sq. ft. to 5,500 sq. ft. designed by Michael Graves, winner of more than 180 prestigious awards for outstanding architecture and interiors including the 2001 AIA Gold Medal. The spacious, open floor plans feature classic proportions and layouts, high ceilings, oversized terraces, and unprecedented Town Lake, Texas State Capitol, and Hill Country views. Superbly appointed interiors feature imported marble, limestone and exotic wood detailing. Professional grade appliances such as Sub-Zero and Wolf compliment the chef’s kitchens. The residences incorporate the attention to detail that is expected by Four Seasons resorts worldwide.
