On September 25th, Crystal Springs Resort broke ground on the much-anticipated Grand Cascades Lodge, a 212-suite luxury condo hotel which will be adjacent to the Crystal Springs Country Club. “This will be Sussex County’s largest, most luxurious hotel property ever, voiced Andrew Mulvihill, president of Crystal Springs Builders. Our objective is to further enhance the world-class experience we offer, and be top of mind as the metro area’s leading resort. Sussex County Freeholder Hal Wirths added that “we’re very excited that the project is underway. This will be a tremendous asset to the County in its goal of promoting tourism, and with Crystal Springs track record, Grand Cascades will be an extraordinary asset.”
