The Blue Rose Resort: The Blue Rose is the tallest, most luxurious new condo hotel available to Orlando real estate buyers. This Las Vegas style complex promises to change the Orlando skyline and become

a major resort and convention facility. The three towers (two are double) will house some 256 condominiums and 1284 designer-furnished condo-hotel suites. Offering high-end luxury studio lofts, 1, 2

bedroom units and penthouse suites which will range in size from 570 to 3,000 SQFT. The full-resort amenities include a Swan Lake Promenade which will provide a setting for several European Cafes, five-themed restaurants, private poolside cabanas, and a 1000-seat “Broadway Theater” offering two musical productions daily.
