Dancing Bear Parkside will be crowned by the Residence Club’s most unique feature, the rooftop Owner’s Lounge and garden terrace. The 4,500 square-foot patio will command breathtaking, 360 degree views of Aspen Mountain, Independence Pass to the east, downtown Aspen and its neighboring mountains. The rooftop will include a spacious spa and two soaking tubs, an apres ski gathering area with fireplace and fire pits, multiple cozy seating areas and a 1,800 square-foot glass-enclosed indoor Owner’s Lounge.
