Inside Sales Associate
We are hiring an Inside Sales Associate to drive the growth of our advertising sales channel. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring that:
- quarterly sales objectives are consistently met
- the value of sales commitments escalates annually
- the pipeline of sales prospects is continually replenished
- the quality of our sales account data is pristine
Your success in this role will require the tenacity to make dozens of cold calls daily, generate interest in a competitive market, and close deals up to $50,000 in value.
Responsibilities
- Manage entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Outbound prospecting, qualification, and warm lead follow-up
- Effectively communicate company vision and product value
- Support Outside Sales department initiatives
- Research market competitors, solicit customer feedback to improve product offering
Requirements/Experience
- 3+ years experience selling online or print advertising
- Experience closing deals of up to $50,000
- Excellent phone presence and written voice
- Familiarity with current trends in internet advertising and marketing, including SEM and SEO techniques
- Proficiency with Siebel, SalesForce, or other enterprise CRM tool
- Experience with travel or real estate industries, or luxury brands a plus
- BA/BS from a competitive undergraduate institution
