We’re hiring an Advertising Traffic Manager to anchor our advertising operations team. You will be a key member of our client services department, implementing and optimizing online ad campaigns. If you’ve worked as a media planner, media campaign manager, advertising operations manager, account planner (on either the agency or the publisher side) we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities
� Effectively manage campaign launch queue, including the scheduling, delivery, tracking and reporting of advertising campaigns across our network of sites
� Secure, QA and traffic all advertiser creatives/deliverables
� Assist with all pre-launch preparation activities
� Generate and analyze reports to monitor campaign performance and contract reconciliation
� Optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and maximize creative performance
� Troubleshoot operational issues with both internal and external parties
� Provide excellent client service to all customers and vendors
� Assist finance team in month-end invoicing and reconciliation

Requirements/Experience
� Two years minimum related experience in on-line advertising environment, campaign management/traffic role preferred
� Experience with ad-serving applications (e.g. Atlas, DoubleClick – DFP, OpenX)
� Working knowledge of html, flash, and other rich media ad formats
� Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
� Able to establish and maintain positive working relations with internal and external clients
� Strong team player
� Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
� Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical
� BA or BS from a competitive undergraduate institution
