Created by Meridian Development, LLC, every aspect of 80|50 Northstar™ incorporates the founders’ core philosophy of providing the highest possible quality in design, amenities and finishing standards, appealing to an extremely discriminating clientele.
Keeping their standards high, Meridian selected OZ Architecture as a partner in the creation of the 80|50 Northstar project. For this project, OZ created a new village with architecture that draws its influence from the rich history of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The well-scaled buildings and roofs along with prominent timber and stonework convey an authentic mountain feeling to the vibrant village and busy public spaces. Coupled with convenient year-round mountain access and thoughtful floor plans, the village is poised to be a great success.
And when it came to interior design, Meridian selected KNA Interior Design. This prestigious firm created the villas at 80|50 with a meticulous, bold design that captures the essence of the casual California mountain lifestyle but takes it to new heights by mixing natural textures, shapes and colors for a classic, elegant, refined look.
Clean, uncluttered spaces and generous picture windows invite the spectacular beauty of the Northstar landscape to flow inside. Throughout, Nix created the Villas at 80|50 to offer a sensual, inviting environment in which to relax, entertain, renew and venture forth.
