Vacation Clubs
The terms vacation club and destination club refer to distinctly different vacation options, but are sometimes used interchangeably for the same concept; luxury home portfolios with high-end amenities for affluent travelers.
But a vacation club is a term used, most notably, to describe Marriott’s vacation ownership and timeshare program.
Destination clubs, however, refer to an exclusive membership-based collection of luxury homes that are typically valued higher than timeshare properties.
